Susan: Program Case Manager

A Registered Nurse, Susan attended the University of Illinois and received her BSN from Rush University. She was a Labor and Delivery nurse at Northwestern Hospital before serving as a Clinical Nurse Manager for Michael Reese HMO Obstetrics and Gynecology Outpatient Services. She joined The Center For Egg Options Illinois in November of 2002 and she is responsible for maintaining all the client profiles and liaison to the physicians’ offices. Susan also meets with recipients and donors.
